Metropolis Approves $7 Million Settlement for Exonerated Former Dying Row Inmate

Edmond, Okla., agreed to the cost to settle a federal lawsuit filed by Glynn Simmons, 71, who spent 48 years in jail for a homicide he didn’t commit. He now drives a meals truck referred to as FreeMan’s Meals Truck, based on his lawyer.
