Biden, Zelensky to signal 10-year U.S.-Ukraine safety deal at G-7 summit

The settlement — which Trump might undo if reelected — commits Washington to offer Kyiv long-term assist. In contrast to NATO, it doesn’t require a U.S. army response if Ukraine is attacked.
