Police in Kentucky are investigating after an 8-year-old boy died after consuming strawberries from a faculty fundraiser.
The Madisonville Police Division stated officers had been referred to as to a house round 6:30 a.m. Friday for an 8-year-old boy who was having bother respiratory and was unresponsive.
His mother and father advised authorities that on Thursday he “had eaten a number of strawberries from a highschool fundraiser the evening earlier than.”
