Missouri AG says juvenile system should be reformed after teen arrested for slamming woman’s head into pavement

Missouri Lawyer Basic Andrew Bailey has known as on the state’s juvenile justice system to be reformed after a teen slammed a lady’s head into the pavement close to a highschool final Friday throughout a violent brawl that was caught on video.
