Driver ejected, killed after fiery FedEx semi-truck crash on Interstate

A FedEx driver is useless after he was ejected from his truck and killed throughout a fiery crash on an Illinois interstate.

In response to the Illinois State Police Division and the Northbrook Hearth Division, deputies responded at 2:23 a.m. on Tuesday to Interstate 294 at mile marker 52.5 in Deerfield for a report of a crash with accidents.

Once they arrived, authorities mentioned that the semi-truck had crashed into the guardrail and erupted into flames.

Authorities mentioned that the driving force of the FedEx truck was violently thrown from the cab and was taken to Glenbrook Hospital the place he was later pronounced useless.

Firefighters labored for hours to completely extinguish the hearth. Authorities mentioned that it destroyed the semi-truck and one of many trailers it was towing.

The reason for the crash stays below investigation by the Illinois State Police.
