One of the-quoted traces from 2008’s The Darkish Knight is “you both die a hero or stay lengthy sufficient to see your self turn out to be the villain.” Director Christopher Nolan has now responded to the fervor of this quote, saying he desires folks to know he didn’t write it and did not initially perceive what it meant.
Chatting with Deadline, Nolan stated he feels “plagued” by that line, which was written by his brother, Jonathan Nolan. “It kills me, as a result of it is the road that almost all resonates. And on the time, I did not even perceive it,” he stated.
