Unlawful immigrant arrested for youngster molestation in Rhode island after being detained and launched: ICE

A Guatemalan man illegally residing in the USA was arrested earlier this month for youngster molestation costs after he was launched final 12 months whereas being detained, immigration authorities stated Friday.

Immigration authorities do not know when the suspect entered the U.S. He was arrested in Windfall in March 2023 and charged with youngster molestation

Immigration authorities lodged a detainer request for him with the Grownup Correctional Institute in Cranston, Rhode Island the place he was being held. His youngster molestation case stays pending.
