The lawsuit alleges that when Rochelle Hoffman was promoted to UW-Eau Claire’s interim director of the campus’s Multicultural Pupil Companies workplace, the college’s former Vice Chancellor for Fairness, Range and Inclusion and Pupil Affairs Olga Diaz was instructed by college students {that a} White girl was not match to preside over a place meant to serve college students of colour.

The lawsuit lists the College of Wisconsin Board of Regents, UW-Eau Claire Chancellor Jim Schmidt, and Assistant Chancellor for Fairness, Range, and Inclusion Teresa O’Halloran.
