As was initially reported shut to 2 years in the past, Activision Blizzard CEO and founder Bobby Kotick is formally leaving the corporate following Microsoft’s buyout of the Name of Responsibility big. When Microsoft closed the deal in October, it was reported that Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer requested Kotick to remain on in the meanwhile, and now he is formally leaving as many anticipated he would.
“Phil shares our values and acknowledges our skills. He’s enthusiastic about our video games and the individuals who make them. He has daring ambition,” Kotick mentioned in a memo to employees.
Kotick is reportedly leaving Activision Blizzard with a huge pay bundle within the space of $400 million.
